A: No. All L-25J gearboxes are supplied without oil (dry). Before initial operation, the gearbox must be filled with the correct grade of SAE 90EP gear oil to the specified level (maximum 0.35 L). Operating the gearbox without oil will cause immediate and irreversible damage to the bevel gears and bearings within minutes of running. Always verify the oil has been correctly filled to the level plug before engaging the PTO for the first time. CMN Transmission recommends using a clean funnel and filling slowly to avoid overfilling.

Q: What spreader brands is the L-25J compatible with besides Comer?
