The operating principle of a PTO shaft for Jaylor twin auger TMR mixers begins at the tractor’s rear power take-off stub. The tractor engine generates rotational energy, and the PTO output transmits this energy at a standardized 1000 RPM PTO shaft speed of 1,000 revolutions per minute. The female splined hub on the tractor end of the PTO driveline shaft engages with the male spline on the tractor’s PTO stub, creating a secure rotational coupling that transfers engine torque directly into the shaft assembly.<\/p>\n

Once engaged, the rotational force travels through the first PTO shaft universal joint at the tractor end.
