Y\u00fckleri di\u015f uzunlu\u011fu boyunca e\u015fit olarak da\u011f\u0131tarak, gerilim yo\u011funla\u015fmalar\u0131n\u0131 en aza indirir ve genel ba\u011flant\u0131 b\u00fct\u00fcnl\u00fc\u011f\u00fcn\u00fc iyile\u015ftirirler. GB\/T 24425.1-2009 standard\u0131na g\u00f6re, bu insertler tutarl\u0131l\u0131k i\u00e7in standartla\u015ft\u0131r\u0131lm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r ve M2'den M39'a kadar metrik di\u015flerle uyumlulu\u011fu sa\u011flar. Bu standart, uluslararas\u0131 kalite \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fctlerini kar\u015f\u0131lamak i\u00e7in boyutlara, toleranslara ve performans kriterlerine odaklanan simetrik profilli genel tip insertleri belirtir. Bu giri\u015f, standart, malzemeler, \u00f6zellikler ve pratik k\u0131lavuz hakk\u0131nda daha derinlemesine bir inceleme i\u00e7in zemin haz\u0131rlayarak, profesyonellerin bu bile\u015fenleri etkili bir \u015fekilde se\u00e7melerini ve uygulamalar\u0131n\u0131 sa\u011flar.<\/p>\n<h2 dir=\"auto\">Standart \u00d6zeti: GB\/T 24425.1-2009<\/h2>\n<p dir=\"auto\">GB\/T 24425.1-2009, genel tip tel di\u015fli insertler i\u00e7in \u00c7in ulusal standard\u0131d\u0131r ve metrik di\u015fler i\u00e7in ISO 724 gibi uluslararas\u0131 normlara e\u015fde\u011ferdir. 2009 y\u0131l\u0131nda yay\u0131nlanan bu standart, nominal di\u015f \u00e7aplar\u0131 2 mm ile 39 mm aras\u0131nda ve hatveleri 0,4 mm ile 4 mm aras\u0131nda de\u011fi\u015fen insertler i\u00e7in gereksinimleri belirtir. Standart, simetrik s\u0131radan tipleri kapsayarak tasar\u0131m, \u00fcretim ve testte tekd\u00fczelik sa\u011flar. G\u00fcvenilir di\u015f takviyesi ve onar\u0131m\u0131 sa\u011flamak i\u00e7in boyutsal do\u011fruluk, malzeme kalitesi ve fonksiyonel performansa \u00f6nem verir.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"auto\">Temel hususlar aras\u0131nda k\u0131lavuz daire \u00e7ap\u0131 (F), serbest durum \u00e7ap\u0131 (D_z), montaj kolu uzunlu\u011fu (T), k\u0131r\u0131lma olu\u011fu konumu (a) ve ge\u00e7i\u015f yay\u0131 yar\u0131\u00e7ap\u0131 (R) gibi geometrik parametrelerin tan\u0131mlar\u0131 yer almaktad\u0131r. GB\/T 24425.1 ile uyumluluk, ek par\u00e7alar\u0131n korozyon direnci, paslanmaz \u00e7elik varyantlar\u0131 i\u00e7in 425\u00b0C'ye kadar s\u0131cakl\u0131k dayan\u0131m\u0131 ve al\u00fcminyum ala\u015f\u0131mlar\u0131 ve plastikler gibi ana malzemelerle uyumluluk kriterlerini kar\u015f\u0131lamas\u0131n\u0131 sa\u011flar.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"auto\">Bu standart, k\u00f6r delik tipleri i\u00e7in GB\/T 24425.2 ve uluslararas\u0131 e\u015fde\u011ferleri gibi ilgili belgelerle entegre olarak k\u00fcresel ticareti ve uygulamay\u0131 kolayla\u015ft\u0131r\u0131r. \u00dcreticiler, g\u00f6rsel kontroller, boyut \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fcmleri ve fonksiyonel testler de dahil olmak \u00fczere belirtilen muayene y\u00f6ntemlerine uymal\u0131d\u0131r. Profesyoneller i\u00e7in GB\/T 24425.1'i anlamak, bilin\u00e7li se\u00e7im yapmay\u0131 ve ek par\u00e7alar\u0131n makinelerden t\u0131bbi cihazlara kadar \u00e7e\u015fitli uygulamalarda di\u015f \u00f6mr\u00fcn\u00fc uzatmas\u0131n\u0131 sa\u011flar. Di\u015f tasar\u0131m\u0131nda en iyi uygulamalar\u0131 te\u015fvik ederek, di\u015f ar\u0131zalar\u0131yla ili\u015fkili ar\u0131za s\u00fcrelerini ve maliyetleri azalt\u0131r.<\/p>\n<h2 dir=\"auto\">Malzemeler ve \u00d6zellikler<\/h2>\n<p dir=\"auto\">GB\/T 24425.1 standard\u0131 kapsam\u0131ndaki tel di\u015fli insertler, \u00e7o\u011funlukla m\u00fckemmel korozyon direnci, \u015fekillendirilebilirlik ve mukavemet sunan \u00f6stenitik paslanmaz \u00e7elik 304 kalite (AISI 304 veya 1.4301'e e\u015fde\u011fer) malzemeden \u00fcretilir. Bu malzeme bile\u015fimi, 18% krom ve 8% nikel i\u00e7erir ve kimyasallara, neme ve y\u00fcksek s\u0131cakl\u0131klara maruz kalma dahil olmak \u00fczere zorlu ortamlarda \u00fcst\u00fcn dayan\u0131kl\u0131l\u0131k sa\u011flar. Standart, deniz veya asidik ko\u015fullarda geli\u015fmi\u015f korozyon direnci i\u00e7in 316 paslanmaz \u00e7elik veya 800\u00b0C'ye kadar a\u015f\u0131r\u0131 \u0131s\u0131 uygulamalar\u0131 i\u00e7in Inconel gibi di\u011fer malzemelere de izin verir.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"auto\">304 paslanmaz \u00e7elik insertlerin \u00f6zellikleri aras\u0131nda 1400 MPa'y\u0131 a\u015fan \u00e7ekme dayan\u0131m\u0131, yakla\u015f\u0131k 425 HV sertlik ve en az 8% uzama bulunur; bu da k\u0131r\u0131lmadan dinamik y\u00fckleri kald\u0131rabilmelerini sa\u011flar. \u00dcretimde kullan\u0131lan so\u011fuk \u00e7ekme tel i\u015flemi, y\u00fcksek yorulma direnci kazand\u0131rarak insertleri titre\u015fime e\u011filimli ortamlar i\u00e7in ideal hale getirir. Pasivasyon gibi y\u00fczey i\u015flemleri, boyutlar\u0131 de\u011fi\u015ftirmeden korozyon korumas\u0131n\u0131 art\u0131r\u0131r.
