Bu ba\u011flant\u0131 elemanlar\u0131, zincirler, halatlar veya kablolar i\u00e7in g\u00fcvenli ba\u011flant\u0131 noktalar\u0131 sa\u011flayarak, korozyon direnci ve y\u00fcksek mukavemet gerektiren ortamlarda y\u00fcklerin g\u00fcvenli bir \u015fekilde ta\u015f\u0131nmas\u0131n\u0131 sa\u011flar. DIN 580, erkek di\u015fli halkal\u0131 c\u0131vatalar\u0131, DIN 582 ise di\u015fi di\u015fli halkal\u0131 somunlar\u0131 belirtir. AISI 304 veya 316 paslanmaz \u00e7elik gibi malzemelerden \u00fcretilen bu \u00fcr\u00fcnler, denizcilik, kimyasal i\u015fleme veya d\u0131\u015f mekan yap\u0131sal kullan\u0131mlar\u0131 gibi zorlu ko\u015fullarda dayan\u0131kl\u0131l\u0131k sunar. Bu c\u0131vatalar, optimum y\u00fck ta\u015f\u0131ma kapasitesine ula\u015fmak i\u00e7in taban malzemesine tamamen di\u015f a\u00e7\u0131larak yerle\u015ftirilmeli ve temas y\u00fczeyi, gerilim yo\u011funla\u015fmalar\u0131n\u0131 \u00f6nlemek i\u00e7in sa\u011flam bir oturma sa\u011flamal\u0131d\u0131r. Paslanmaz \u00e7elik halkal\u0131 c\u0131vatalar, hijyen ve temizlik maddelerine kar\u015f\u0131 direncin esas oldu\u011fu g\u0131da i\u015fleme veya ila\u00e7 end\u00fcstrilerinde \u00f6zellikle avantajl\u0131d\u0131r. Uygun boyutu se\u00e7mek, y\u00fck a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131n\u0131 dikkate almay\u0131 gerektirir; \u00f6rne\u011fin, 45 derecede, artan gerilimi hesaba katmak i\u00e7in WLL 30-50% azalt\u0131l\u0131r.<\/p>\n<\/section>\n<section id=\"din582-eye-nuts\" style=\"margin-bottom: 40px;\">\n<h2 style=\"font-size: 2em; border-bottom: 2px solid #ddd; padding-bottom: 10px;\">DIN 582 G\u00f6zl\u00fc Somunlar<\/h2>\n<p>DIN 582 halkal\u0131 somunlar, di\u015fli \u00e7ubuklara veya c\u0131vatalara tak\u0131lmak i\u00e7in ideal olan di\u015fi di\u015fli kald\u0131rma noktas\u0131 sa\u011flayarak halkal\u0131 c\u0131vatalar\u0131 tamamlar. Y\u00fcksek kaliteli karbon \u00e7elik veya paslanmaz \u00e7elikten d\u00f6v\u00fclm\u00fc\u015f bu somunlar, kald\u0131rma y\u00fcklerini g\u00fcvenli bir \u015fekilde kar\u015f\u0131lamak i\u00e7in sa\u011flam bir halka tasar\u0131m\u0131na sahiptir. Standart, kuvvetleri e\u015fit olarak da\u011f\u0131tmak i\u00e7in e\u015fle\u015fen c\u0131vata ile tam temas sa\u011flamak \u00fczere di\u015f ba\u011flant\u0131s\u0131 i\u00e7in hassas boyutlar gerektirir. Genel korozyon direnci i\u00e7in AISI 304 veya \u00e7ukurla\u015fmaya kar\u015f\u0131 art\u0131r\u0131lm\u0131\u015f molibden i\u00e7eri\u011fi i\u00e7in AISI 316 gibi paslanmaz \u00e7elik se\u00e7enekleri, agresif ortamlar i\u00e7in \u00f6nerilir. \u00c7al\u0131\u015fma y\u00fck\u00fc limiti (WLL) de\u011ferleri g\u00fcvenlik fakt\u00f6rleriyle belirtilir ve somunlar a\u00e7\u0131k\u00e7a derecelendirilmedik\u00e7e yan y\u00fckleme i\u00e7in kullan\u0131lmamal\u0131d\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>\u00dcretimde g\u00f6zeneklili\u011fi ortadan kald\u0131rmak ve maksimum mukavemet i\u00e7in tane ak\u0131\u015f hizalamas\u0131n\u0131 sa\u011flamak amac\u0131yla d\u00f6vme i\u015flemi kullan\u0131l\u0131r. Paslanmaz \u00e7elik i\u00e7in pasivasyon gibi y\u00fczey i\u015flemleri, mekanik \u00f6zelliklerden \u00f6d\u00fcn vermeden korozyon direncini art\u0131r\u0131r. Vin\u00e7 donan\u0131m\u0131 veya makine montaj\u0131 gibi uygulamalarda, halka somunlar h\u0131zl\u0131 ba\u011flant\u0131lar\u0131 kolayla\u015ft\u0131r\u0131r, ancak kullan\u0131c\u0131lar di\u015f uyumlulu\u011funu do\u011frulamal\u0131 ve a\u015f\u0131r\u0131 y\u00fcklemeden ka\u00e7\u0131nmal\u0131d\u0131r. Paslanmaz \u00e7elik kaliteleri, 800 MPa'ya kadar \u00e7ekme dayan\u0131m\u0131 sunarken, uzama \u00f6zellikleri darbe y\u00fckleri alt\u0131nda s\u00fcneklik sa\u011flar. \u00dcretim s\u00fcre\u00e7leri d\u00f6vme, i\u015fleme ve y\u00fczey i\u015flemeyi i\u00e7erir: 900-1200\u00b0C'de d\u00f6vme, metalin mikro yap\u0131s\u0131n\u0131 hizalar, ard\u0131ndan hassas, yorulmaya dayan\u0131kl\u0131 di\u015fler i\u00e7in di\u015f a\u00e7ma i\u015flemi yap\u0131l\u0131r. Paslanmaz \u00e7elik i\u00e7in, tavlama i\u00e7 gerilimleri giderir ve elektroparlatma veya pasivasyon, \u00e7atlak korozyonunu \u00f6nlemek i\u00e7in kirleticileri uzakla\u015ft\u0131r\u0131r.<\/p>\n<ul style=\"list-style-type: disc; padding-left: 20px;\">\n<li><strong>Karbon \u00c7elik:<\/strong> Paslanmaya kar\u015f\u0131 \u00e7inko kaplamal\u0131, i\u00e7 mekanlarda veya hafif a\u015f\u0131nd\u0131r\u0131c\u0131 ortamlarda kullan\u0131ma uygun, 235 MPa akma dayan\u0131m\u0131na g\u00f6re belirlenmi\u015f \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma y\u00fck\u00fc limitine sahip.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Paslanmaz \u00c7elik 304:<\/strong> Oksidasyona ve hafif asitlere kar\u015f\u0131 dayan\u0131kl\u0131d\u0131r, 300\u00b0C'ye kadar olan s\u0131cakl\u0131klar i\u00e7in idealdir, ancak klor\u00fcr kaynakl\u0131 gerilme \u00e7atlamas\u0131na kar\u015f\u0131 hassast\u0131r.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Paslanmaz \u00c7elik 316:<\/strong> Deniz veya kimyasal ortamlara maruz kalma durumunda korozyona kar\u015f\u0131 daha iyi diren\u00e7 i\u00e7in molibden ile g\u00fc\u00e7lendirilmi\u015ftir ve -200\u00b0C ila 400\u00b0C aras\u0131nda b\u00fct\u00fcnl\u00fc\u011f\u00fcn\u00fc korur.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Kalite G\u00fcvencesi:<\/strong> Kimyasal bile\u015fim ve sertlik (HV 120-220) ve y\u00fck testi do\u011frulamas\u0131 gibi mekanik testler de dahil olmak \u00fczere malzeme sertifikalar\u0131 i\u00e7in EN 10204 standard\u0131na uygunluk.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Bu i\u015flemler, \u00fcr\u00fcnlerin DIN gereksinimlerini kar\u015f\u0131lamas\u0131n\u0131 veya a\u015fmas\u0131n\u0131 ve ham maddeden nihai \u00fcr\u00fcne kadar izlenebilirli\u011fi sa\u011flar.
