E\u011fitim ba\u011flam\u0131nda, gelece\u011fin profesyonellerini ger\u00e7ek d\u00fcnya uygulamalar\u0131na haz\u0131rlamak i\u00e7in makine m\u00fchendisli\u011fi m\u00fcfredatlar\u0131nda \u00f6\u011fretilmektedir.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"auto\">Standard\u0131n evrimi, malzeme ve test y\u00f6ntemlerindeki ilerlemeleri yans\u0131tmakta olup, g\u00fcncellemeler sekt\u00f6r payda\u015flar\u0131ndan gelen geri bildirimleri de i\u00e7ermektedir. K\u00fcresel kullan\u0131c\u0131lar i\u00e7in, e\u015fde\u011ferlikleri ve farkl\u0131l\u0131klar\u0131 vurgulayan \u00e7eviriler ve ISO 898 veya ASTM standartlar\u0131yla kar\u015f\u0131la\u015ft\u0131rmalar mevcuttur. Standard\u0131n 1. ve 2. tablolar\u0131, malzeme, toleranslar, mekanik ve fonksiyonel \u00f6zellikler, geometrik \u00f6zellikler, y\u00fczey kusurlar\u0131, y\u00fczey i\u015flemleri ve kalite ko\u015fullar\u0131 i\u00e7in gereklilikleri \u00f6zetlemektedir. Bu referanslar, ba\u011flant\u0131 elemanlar\u0131n\u0131n performans ve g\u00fcvenilirlik a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan titiz kriterleri kar\u015f\u0131lamas\u0131n\u0131 sa\u011flamaktad\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"auto\">Di\u015fli ba\u011flant\u0131 elemanlar\u0131 i\u00e7in (Tablo 1), malzemeler karbon \u00e7eli\u011fi ve ala\u015f\u0131ml\u0131 \u00e7elik, paslanmaz \u00e7elik ve demir d\u0131\u015f\u0131 metaller olarak ayr\u0131l\u0131r. Toleranslar, t\u00fcm malzeme t\u00fcrlerinde GB\/T 3103.1 standard\u0131na g\u00f6re belirlenir. Karbon ve ala\u015f\u0131ml\u0131 \u00e7elikler i\u00e7in mekanik ve fonksiyonel \u00f6zellikler birden fazla standarda at\u0131fta bulunur: GB\/T 3098.1, GB\/T 3098.2, GB\/T 3098.3, GB\/T 3098.4, GB\/T 3098.7 ve GB\/T 3098.9. Paslanmaz \u00e7elik i\u00e7in GB\/T 3098.6, GB\/T 3098.15 ve GB\/T 3098.16 standartlar\u0131 ge\u00e7erlidir. Demir d\u0131\u015f\u0131 metaller ise GB\/T 3098.10 standard\u0131na dayan\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"auto\">Geometrik \u00f6zellikler aras\u0131nda di\u015fler (GB\/T 197, GB\/T 2516, GB\/T 9145, GB\/T 22028, GB\/T 22029), anahtarlama \u00f6zellikleri (GB\/T 3104, GB\/T 944.1, GB\/T 6188), par\u00e7a u\u00e7lar\u0131 (GB\/T 2), hav\u015falar (GB\/T 5279) ve di\u011ferleri (GB\/T 3, GB\/T 3105, GB\/T 3106, GB\/T 5278) yer almaktad\u0131r. Bunlar, t\u00fcm malzemelerde tutarl\u0131 bir \u015fekilde uygulan\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"auto\">Karbon ve ala\u015f\u0131ml\u0131 \u00e7elikler i\u00e7in y\u00fczey kusurlar\u0131 GB\/T 5779.1, GB\/T 5779.2 ve GB\/T 5779.3'te ayr\u0131nt\u0131l\u0131 olarak belirtilirken, paslanmaz \u00e7elik veya demir d\u0131\u015f\u0131 metaller i\u00e7in belirtilmemi\u015ftir. Karbon ve ala\u015f\u0131ml\u0131 \u00e7elikler i\u00e7in y\u00fczey i\u015flemleri GB\/T 5267.1, GB\/T 5267.2 ve GB\/T 5267.3'\u00fc i\u00e7erir; paslanmaz \u00e7elik ISO 16048'i kullan\u0131r; demir d\u0131\u015f\u0131 metaller GB\/T 5267.1'i takip eder. Kalite ko\u015fullar\u0131 GB\/T 90.1, GB\/T 90.2 ve ISO 16426 arac\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131yla standartla\u015ft\u0131r\u0131lm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"auto\">Kendinden k\u0131lavuzlu di\u015fli ba\u011flant\u0131 elemanlar\u0131 i\u00e7in (Tablo 2), malzemeler \u00e7elik ve paslanmaz \u00e7eliktir. Toleranslar yine GB\/T 3103.1'e at\u0131fta bulunur. \u00c7elik i\u00e7in mekanik \u00f6zellikler GB\/T 3098.5 ve GB\/T 3098.11; paslanmaz \u00e7elik i\u00e7in ise GB\/T 3098.21'dir.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"auto\">Geometrik \u00f6zellikler aras\u0131nda di\u015fler ve par\u00e7a u\u00e7lar\u0131 (GB\/T 5280), anahtarlama \u00f6zellikleri (GB\/T 944.1, GB\/T 6188) ve hav\u015falar (GB\/T 5279) bulunur. Y\u00fczey i\u015flemleri, di\u015fli ba\u011flant\u0131 elemanlar\u0131n\u0131 yans\u0131t\u0131r: \u00e7elik i\u00e7in GB\/T 5267 serisi, paslanmaz \u00e7elik i\u00e7in ISO 16048 kullan\u0131l\u0131r. Kalite ko\u015fullar\u0131 Tablo 1 ile ayn\u0131d\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"auto\">Bu referans al\u0131nan standartlar, GB\/T 3098.1'deki \u00e7ekme dayan\u0131m\u0131 gereksinimleri veya GB\/T 5267.1'deki elektrokaplama gibi kesin k\u0131lavuzlar sa\u011flar. Uygulamada, m\u00fchendisler y\u00fck, ortam ve uyumlulu\u011fa g\u00f6re se\u00e7im yapar ve M10 c\u0131vatalar gibi ba\u011flant\u0131 elemanlar\u0131n\u0131n di\u015fler i\u00e7in 6g tolerans\u0131n\u0131 kar\u015f\u0131lamas\u0131n\u0131 sa\u011flar.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"auto\">Bu ko\u015fullar\u0131n entegrasyonu, y\u00fcksek mukavemetli \u00e7eliklerde hidrojen gevrekli\u011fi veya deniz ortamlar\u0131nda korozyon gibi sorunlar\u0131 \u00f6nler. \u00dcreticiler bu standartlara g\u00f6re testler yapar ve sonu\u00e7lar\u0131 izlenebilirlik i\u00e7in belgeler.
