O macaco de parafuso sem-fim SWL \u00e9 adequado para aplica\u00e7\u00f5es de baixa velocidade, baixa frequ\u00eancia, grandes cargas e que n\u00e3o exigem opera\u00e7\u00e3o frequente. Com uma fun\u00e7\u00e3o de travamento autom\u00e1tico sob certas condi\u00e7\u00f5es, a carga pode ser mantida mesmo sem um dispositivo de frenagem.
