Esta norma garante confiabilidade em diversas aplica\u00e7\u00f5es industriais, definindo requisitos para marca\u00e7\u00e3o, composi\u00e7\u00e3o qu\u00edmica, desempenho mec\u00e2nico e ensaios. Ela se aplica a porcas fabricadas em a\u00e7os inoxid\u00e1veis \u200b\u200bausten\u00edticos, martens\u00edticos e ferr\u00edticos, abrangendo classes de desempenho adequadas para diferentes capacidades de carga e condi\u00e7\u00f5es ambientais. A conformidade com esta norma garante que as porcas atendam a crit\u00e9rios rigorosos de resist\u00eancia, resist\u00eancia \u00e0 corros\u00e3o e durabilidade, tornando-a essencial para engenheiros em projetos mec\u00e2nicos e fabrica\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<h2 dir=\"auto\">Marca\u00e7\u00e3o, identifica\u00e7\u00e3o e acabamento de superf\u00edcie<\/h2>\n<p dir=\"auto\">O sistema de marca\u00e7\u00e3o para porcas de a\u00e7o inoxid\u00e1vel inclui o grupo do a\u00e7o e a classe de desempenho, separados por um h\u00edfen. A primeira parte indica o grupo do a\u00e7o (A para austen\u00edtico, C para martens\u00edtico, F para ferr\u00edtico), seguida por um n\u00famero que denota a faixa de composi\u00e7\u00e3o qu\u00edmica. A segunda parte representa a classe de desempenho, expressa como 1\/10 da tens\u00e3o de prova em MPa para porcas com altura m \u2265 0,8D, ou com um zero \u00e0 esquerda para porcas mais finas (0,5D \u2264 m &lt; 0,8D).<\/p>\n<ul dir=\"auto\">\n<li>Exemplo: A2-70 \u2013 A\u00e7o austen\u00edtico, trabalhado a frio, tens\u00e3o de prova m\u00ednima de 700 MPa (para porcas m \u2265 0,8D).<\/li>\n<li>Exemplo: C4-70 \u2013 A\u00e7o martens\u00edtico, temperado e revenido, tens\u00e3o de prova m\u00ednima de 700 MPa.<\/li>\n<li>Exemplo: A2-035 \u2013 A\u00e7o austen\u00edtico, trabalhado a frio, tens\u00e3o de prova m\u00ednima de 350 MPa (para porcas mais finas).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p dir=\"auto\">Os a\u00e7os austen\u00edticos de baixo carbono (C \u2264 0,03%) podem adicionar \u201cL\u201d (ex.: A4L-80). As superf\u00edcies passivadas conforme GB\/T 5267.4 adicionam \u201cP\u201d (ex.: A4-80P). As porcas com di\u00e2metro nominal D \u2265 5 mm devem ser marcadas claramente em uma das faces de apoio ou em um dos lados. A identifica\u00e7\u00e3o do fabricante \u00e9 obrigat\u00f3ria sempre que poss\u00edvel. A embalagem deve incluir as marcas do fabricante, o grupo do a\u00e7o, a classe de desempenho e o n\u00famero do lote, conforme GB\/T 90.3. Salvo especifica\u00e7\u00e3o em contr\u00e1rio, as porcas s\u00e3o limpas e polidas; a passiva\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e9 recomendada para maior resist\u00eancia \u00e0 corros\u00e3o.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<h2 dir=\"auto\">Composi\u00e7\u00e3o Qu\u00edmica<\/h2>\n<p dir=\"auto\">A composi\u00e7\u00e3o qu\u00edmica dos a\u00e7os inoxid\u00e1veis \u200b\u200bpara porcas est\u00e1 detalhada na Tabela 1, em conformidade com a norma GB\/T 3098.6-2014. Os fabricantes selecionam as composi\u00e7\u00f5es dentro dos grupos, salvo acordo em contr\u00e1rio. Para riscos de corros\u00e3o intergranular, recomenda-se o uso de a\u00e7os A3\/A5 estabilizados ou a\u00e7os A2\/A4 de baixo carbono (C \u2264
