WPEKA Worm Gearbox Parts Production Process
The basic structure of a worm gearbox consists of a housing, worm wheel, worm, covers, shaft, bearing, fasteners, and seals. The precise processing and quality control of each component is the basis for producing a quality worm gearbox.
Processamento de Habitação
The housing casting purchased from the casting factory will be finely finished in our housing machining center, including the big hole, small hole, and bottom foot of the housing. Then they will be moved to the CNC drilling machine for large hole, small hole, bottom foot, oil plug hole, and oil marker hole processing. After testing, they are moved into the parts warehouse.
Processamento de roda sem-fim

Processamento de worms

O aço bruto será cortado de acordo com diferentes especificações na área de processamento da máquina de serra e, em seguida, usinado em um torno CNC. Nossos trabalhadores realizarão o fresamento de roscas de acordo com diferentes relações de velocidade. Após os testes, as peças serão armazenadas.
O tratamento térmico do sem-fim será processado por uma fábrica de tratamento térmico, o que pode melhorar a dureza do sem-fim, melhorar a resistência ao desgaste e estender a vida útil.
Em seguida, nossos trabalhadores realizarão o processamento de retificação cilíndrica externa nos dentes, nos rolamentos e no eixo de entrada do sem-fim. Em seguida, será realizado o processo de retificação. A retificação da rosca visa melhorar a qualidade da roda e da engrenagem sem-fim, com baixo ruído.
Por fim, elas serão processadas em uma fresadora de rasgos de chaveta, permitindo que a caixa de engrenagens se conecte a outras peças por meio do eixo e do pino da chaveta.
Após os testes, os vermes serão movidos para o depósito.
Processamento de capa
As tampas das caixas de engrenagens sem-fim incluem uma tampa grande, uma tampa de saída, uma tampa do marcador de óleo e uma tampa de entrada. As peças fundidas da tampa são usinadas em nosso torno CNC para o suporte do selo, que abriga os furos grandes que conectam o suporte e os suportes dos rolamentos da tampa grande e da tampa de saída, e para os furos pequenos que conectam o suporte e os suportes do selo de óleo da tampa do marcador de óleo e da tampa de entrada. As dimensões precisas podem evitar vazamentos de óleo e problemas de superaquecimento na caixa de engrenagens sem-fim.
Por fim, o processo de perfuração das tampas será feito na área de processamento da máquina de perfuração, permitindo que as tampas e o alojamento sejam conectados por meio de fixadores.
Após a inspeção, as capas qualificadas serão armazenadas.
Processamento de eixos
Shaft is a component completed by steel through the process of rough machining, external cylindrical grinding machining and milling machining. Similar to worm processing, the steel is firstly cut by a sawing machine, then rough machined at the CNC lathe area, including bearing carrier, worm wheel carrier, and output shaft carrier. Then moved to the external grinding processing area for fine processing. Finally, the shafts will be milled. After testing, the shafts will be moved into the warehouse.
Bearings and Seals
Our bearings, fasteners, seals, and other accessories are supplied by well-known manufacturers, such as bearings from C&U, HRB, oil seals from NAK, SKF, and other brands. Fasteners are grade 8.8; we can upgrade the bearings, oil seals, and fasteners according to customer needs.
