Het is ontworpen om een \u200b\u200bhoog koppel te leveren voor de aandrijving van rupsonderstellen in veeleisende bouw- en hijsomgevingen. Het is een compacte, planetaire tandwieloverbrenging die het ingangsvermogen van een hydraulische of elektrische motor omzet in een versterkt koppel, waardoor de kraan stabiel en effici\u00ebnt over oneffen of zacht terrein kan rijden. Belangrijke componenten zijn een centraal zonnewiel, meerdere planeetwielen gemonteerd op een drager, een buitenste ringwiel en een robuuste behuizing gevuld met smeerolie om wrijving en slijtage te minimaliseren.<\/p>\n<p>Dit ontwerp zorgt voor een gelijkmatige lastverdeling over meerdere contactpunten van de tandwielen, waardoor de prestaties onder zware belasting worden verbeterd. Voordelen zijn onder andere een hoge koppeldichtheid voor het hanteren van aanzienlijke gewichten, compacte afmetingen die de totale machinegrootte en het gewicht verminderen, een mechanisch rendement van meer dan 95% voor een geoptimaliseerd brandstofverbruik en minimale warmteontwikkeling, uitzonderlijke duurzaamheid tegen schokbelastingen en verontreinigingen zoals stof en trillingen, een geluidsarme werking die geschikt is voor stedelijke omgevingen, en veelzijdigheid voor aanpassing aan verschillende kraanmodellen.
