Inleiding tot de GB\/T 3098.10-norm<\/h2>\n

Deze norm specificeert de mechanische eigenschappen van stalen borgmoeren met een heersend koppel, die trillingsbestendigheid garanderen bij bevestigingstoepassingen. De norm sluit aan bij ISO 2320-2015 voor testmethoden en omvat de klassen 04, 05, 5, 6, 8 en 10. De juiste selectie en testen waarborgen de integriteit van de constructie onder dynamische belastingen.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

Domein<\/h2>\n

GB\/T 3098.10-1993 definieert prestatie-eisen voor stalen borgmoeren met een blijvend koppel, van toepassing op maten M5 tot en met M39 met grove en fijne spoed. De norm omvat testklemkrachten en blijvende koppels om de vergrendelingseffectiviteit te controleren, en is geschikt voor industrie\u00ebn zoals de automobiel- en machinebouw waar het voorkomen van losraken cruciaal is.<\/p>\n

    Testmethoden en -vereisten<\/h2>\n

    Tests evalueren de klemkracht onder gespecificeerde belastingen en meten het heersende koppel tijdens installatie- en verwijderingscycli. De klemkracht is 80% aan moerproefbelasting, met limieten van 75% en 65% voor wrijvingsbeoordeling. Gebruik statistische procescontrole voor de evaluatie, onafhankelijk van statistiek.<\/p>\n

    2. Meet het aanhaalmoment voor de eerste installatie (maximaal voor volledig metalen onderdelen; 50% voor inzetstukken).<\/li>\n

      Deze zorgen ervoor dat moeren vergrendeld blijven zonder overmatige wrijving of beschadiging.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

      Klasse 04 Moeren met aanhaalmoment<\/h2>\n

      Voor moeren van klasse 04 (5 mm \u2264 d \u2264 39 mm) is de klemkracht gelijk aan 80% aan proefbelasting volgens ISO 898-2. De limieten beoordelen de totale wrijvingsco\u00ebffici\u00ebnt \u03bc.tot<\/sub>.<\/p>\n
