Piawaian ini menentukan sifat mekanikal untuk nat kunci keluli jenis tork yang lazim, memastikan rintangan getaran dalam aplikasi pengikatan. Ia selaras dengan ISO 2320-2015 untuk kaedah ujian, meliputi kelas 04, 05, 5, 6, 8 dan 10. Pemilihan dan pengujian yang betul mengekalkan integriti pemasangan di bawah beban dinamik.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n
GB\/T 3098.10-1993 mentakrifkan keperluan prestasi untuk nat kunci keluli dengan ciri tork lazim, terpakai untuk saiz M5 hingga M39 dalam pic kasar dan halus. Ia termasuk menguji daya pengapit dan tork lazim untuk mengesahkan keberkesanan penguncian, sesuai untuk industri seperti automotif dan jentera di mana pencegahan kelonggaran adalah kritikal.<\/p>\n
Ujian menilai daya pengapit di bawah beban tertentu dan mengukur tork lazim semasa kitaran pemasangan dan penyingkiran. Daya pengapit ialah 80% beban kalis nat, dengan had pada 75% dan 65% untuk penilaian geseran. Gunakan kawalan proses statistik untuk penilaian, bebas daripada statistik.<\/p>\n
Ini memastikan nat kekal terkunci tanpa geseran atau kerosakan yang berlebihan.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n
Bagi nat kelas 04 (5 mm \u2264 d \u2264 39 mm), daya pengapit bersamaan dengan 80% beban bukti setiap ISO 898-2. Had menilai pekali geseran jumlah \u03bcjumlah keseluruhan<\/sub>.<\/p>\n Nota: Tork pemasangan pertama dikenakan pada nat semua logam; untuk sisipan bukan logam, nilai maksimum ialah 50%.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n Nat Kelas 05 menggunakan beban bukti 80% setiap ISO 898-2 untuk pengapitan, dengan had geseran untuk pengesahan prestasi.<\/p>\n Nota: Tork pemasangan untuk sisipan ialah maksimum 50% daripada nilai yang disenaraikan.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n Kelas 5 sejajar dengan kelas bolt 5.8 bagi setiap ISO 898-1, menggunakan beban kalis 80% untuk ujian.<\/p>\n Nota: Daya pengapit bersamaan dengan 80% beban kalis bolt kelas 5.8 mengikut ISO 898-1.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n Kelas 6 sepadan dengan kelas bolt 6.8, dengan beban kalis 80% untuk ujian pengapit.<\/p>\n Nota: Daya pengapit bersamaan dengan 80% beban kalis bolt kelas 6.8 mengikut ISO 898-1.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n Bagi kelas 8, pengapit ialah 80% dengan beban kalis bolt kelas 8.8 setiap GB\/T 3098.1.<\/p>\n Kelas 10 menggunakan 80% dengan beban kalis bolt kelas 10.9, untuk aplikasi kekuatan tinggi.<\/p>\n Ia memberikan ketahanan terhadap kelonggaran daripada getaran, diukur melalui kitaran pemasangan dan penyingkiran untuk memastikan prestasi yang konsisten.<\/p>\n Bagi sisipan bukan logam, tork maksimum pemasangan pertama ialah 50% daripada nilai yang disenaraikan untuk mengelakkan kerosakan pada sisipan.<\/p>\n Nat tersebut gagal dalam ujian; pilih kelas yang lebih tinggi atau sahkan keadaan pemasangan seperti pelinciran dan kesesuaian benang.<\/p>\n Atas: 75% beban bukti; bawah: 65%.
