Funge da meccanismo di trasmissione finale, convertendo la potenza idraulica del motore dell'escavatore in forza rotazionale meccanica che aziona i cingoli, consentendo movimenti precisi come l'avanzamento e l'indietreggiamento, la sterzata e la rotazione su terreni accidentati.<\/p>\n<p>Typically consisting of a multi-stage planetary gear set\u2014comprising a central sun gear, orbiting planet gears held by a carrier, and an outer ring gear\u2014this gearbox integrates seamlessly with a swash-plate piston hydraulic motor.
