Il sistema di denti a spirale presenta denti curvi e obliqui, spesso con un angolo di elica di 35 gradi, che consentono un funzionamento pi\u00f9 fluido e silenzioso rispetto agli ingranaggi conici a denti dritti. Realizzati in acciaio al carbonio o legato come 42CrMo4 o 16MnCr5, questi ingranaggi sono trattati termicamente per una maggiore durata e resistenza, ideali per applicazioni ad alto carico e alta velocit\u00e0 come differenziali automobilistici o macchinari industriali.<\/p>\n<p>Il rapporto 2:1 si ottiene grazie al fatto che l'ingranaggio condotto ha il doppio dei denti rispetto al pignone, garantendo un efficiente trasferimento di coppia.
