Copre filettature a passo grosso e fine per applicazioni interne ed esterne, con tolleranze applicate prima della placcatura per rivestimenti sottili.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"section\">\n<h2>Ambito di applicazione<\/h2>\n<p>La norma GB\/T 9145-2003 definisce le dimensioni limite per le filettature metriche con precisione di tolleranza media e serie preferenziali, applicabili a scopi di ingegneria generale. Garantisce che i profili delle filettature non superino le condizioni massime del materiale definite dai profili di base e dalle posizioni di tolleranza. Ci\u00f2 \u00e8 fondamentale per gli elementi di fissaggio in settori che richiedono un accoppiamento affidabile senza interferenze, soprattutto dopo la placcatura.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Si applica alle filettature prima di rivestimenti sottili come la galvanizzazione.<\/li>\n<li>Dopo la placcatura, i profili devono rimanere entro le posizioni H o h.<\/li>\n<li>Si concentra su durate di ingaggio medie per un equilibrio tra resistenza e producibilit\u00e0.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"section\">\n<h2>Dimensioni limite generali<\/h2>\n<p>Nessun punto del profilo della radice della filettatura deve superare il profilo massimo consentito per forma base e tolleranza. Per le filettature placcate, i contorni effettivi dopo la placcatura non devono superare le posizioni H\/h. Ci\u00f2 impedisce un serraggio eccessivo o la rottura degli assemblaggi. Nota: le tolleranze sono adatte a placcature sottili; i rivestimenti pi\u00f9 spessi richiedono delle regolazioni.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"section\">\n<h2>Filettature interne a passo grosso<\/h2>\n<p>Per una precisione media, la lunghezza di innesto \u00e8 media. Zone di tolleranza: 5H per d \u2264 1,4 mm; 6H per d &gt; 1,4 mm.
