Elle se compose essentiellement d'une barre droite dont les dents sont taill\u00e9es en h\u00e9lice et s'engr\u00e8nent parfaitement avec une roue dent\u00e9e (pignon) h\u00e9lico\u00efdale. Contrairement \u00e0 une cr\u00e9maill\u00e8re \u00e0 denture droite, les dents d'une cr\u00e9maill\u00e8re \u00e0 engrenages h\u00e9lico\u00efdaux sont taill\u00e9es en biais par rapport \u00e0 son axe, formant ainsi une h\u00e9lice. Cette conception angulaire permet un fonctionnement plus fluide et plus silencieux, car l'engr\u00e8nement entre la cr\u00e9maill\u00e8re et le pignon est progressif, r\u00e9duisant ainsi les vibrations et le bruit.<\/p>\n<p>Les cr\u00e9maill\u00e8res \u00e0 engrenages h\u00e9lico\u00efdaux sont couramment utilis\u00e9es dans les applications \u00e0 haute vitesse et \u00e0 couple \u00e9lev\u00e9, notamment dans les machines industrielles, les syst\u00e8mes d'automatisation et la robotique, o\u00f9 la pr\u00e9cision et l'efficacit\u00e9 sont essentielles.
