Cette norme s'applique aux \u00e9l\u00e9ments de fixation dont le diam\u00e8tre nominal du filetage est compris entre 1,6 mm et 39 mm, garantissant ainsi des performances constantes pour les applications structurelles, automobiles et m\u00e9caniques.<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 20px;\">Elle d\u00e9finit des classes de propri\u00e9t\u00e9s bas\u00e9es sur la r\u00e9sistance \u00e0 la traction, la limite d'\u00e9lasticit\u00e9, l'allongement, la duret\u00e9 et d'autres param\u00e8tres, favorisant ainsi le contr\u00f4le de la qualit\u00e9 et la s\u00e9curit\u00e9. Par exemple, \u00ab 8,8 \u00bb d\u00e9signe une r\u00e9sistance \u00e0 la traction de 800 MPa et un rapport de limite d'\u00e9lasticit\u00e9 de 0,8.<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 20px;\">Pour obtenir les propri\u00e9t\u00e9s souhait\u00e9es, les mat\u00e9riaux doivent respecter les limites de composition chimique et les exigences de traitement thermique. 0,25%, le Mn min est de 0,6% pour 8,8, 0,7% pour 9,8 et 10,9.<\/li>\n<li>Les mat\u00e9riaux doivent garantir la pr\u00e9sence de martensite 90% au c\u0153ur avant le revenu pour les classes sup\u00e9rieures.<\/li>\n<li>Les aciers alli\u00e9s contiennent au moins un des \u00e9l\u00e9ments suivants : Cr 0,30%, Ni 0,30%, Mo 0,20%, V 0,10%.<\/li>\n<li>Absence de couche de phosphure blanc sur les surfaces de classe 12.9\u00a0; \u00e0 retirer avant le traitement thermique.<\/li>\n<li>Utilisez la classe 12.9 avec pr\u00e9caution en raison du risque de fissuration par corrosion sous contrainte.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 20px;\">Ces sp\u00e9cifications guident le choix des mat\u00e9riaux, garantissant que les fixations atteignent la r\u00e9sistance requise et la r\u00e9sistance aux modes de d\u00e9faillance tels que la fragilisation par l'hydrog\u00e8ne.<\/p>\n<h2 style=\"font-size: 24px;
