Elle est conforme \u00e0 la norme ISO 2320:2015 pour les m\u00e9thodes d'essai et couvre les classes 04, 05, 5, 6, 8 et 10. Une s\u00e9lection et des essais appropri\u00e9s pr\u00e9servent l'int\u00e9grit\u00e9 de l'assemblage sous charges dynamiques.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"section\">\n<h2>Port\u00e9e<\/h2>\n<p>La norme GB\/T 3098.10-1993 d\u00e9finit les exigences de performance des \u00e9crous autobloquants en acier avec couple de serrage maximal, applicables aux tailles M5 \u00e0 M39, \u00e0 pas fin et \u00e0 gros pas. Elle inclut des essais de forces de serrage et de couples de serrage maximal pour v\u00e9rifier l'efficacit\u00e9 du blocage et convient aux secteurs industriels tels que l'automobile et la m\u00e9canique o\u00f9 la pr\u00e9vention du desserrage est essentielle.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>S'applique aux \u00e9crous de blocage \u00e0 insert enti\u00e8rement m\u00e9talliques et non m\u00e9talliques.<\/li>\n<li>Assure un couple constant apr\u00e8s plusieurs installations\/d\u00e9montages.<\/li>\n<li>R\u00e9f\u00e9rences \u00e0 la norme ISO 898-2 pour les charges d'\u00e9preuve et les coefficients de frottement.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"section\">\n<h2>M\u00e9thodes d'essai et exigences<\/h2>\n<p>Les essais \u00e9valuent la force de serrage sous des charges sp\u00e9cifi\u00e9es et mesurent le couple effectif lors des cycles d'installation et de d\u00e9montage. La force de serrage est de 80% (charge d'\u00e9preuve de l'\u00e9crou), avec des limites \u00e0 75% et 65% pour l'\u00e9valuation du frottement. L'\u00e9valuation est r\u00e9alis\u00e9e par contr\u00f4le statistique des processus, ind\u00e9pendamment des statistiques.<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Appliquer la force de serrage d'essai F<sub>80<\/sub>.<\/li>\n<li>Mesurer le couple pour la 1\u00e8re installation (max pour tout m\u00e9tal ; 50% pour les inserts).<\/li>\n<li>\u00c9valuer les couples de retrait 1 et 5 (valeurs minimales).<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Ces dispositifs permettent aux \u00e9crous de rester bloqu\u00e9s sans frottement excessif ni dommage.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"section\">\n<h2>\u00c9crous de couple pr\u00e9pond\u00e9rant de classe 04<\/h2>\n<p>Pour les \u00e9crous de classe 04 (5 mm \u2264 d \u2264 39 mm), la force de serrage est \u00e9gale \u00e0 la charge d'\u00e9preuve 80% selon la norme ISO 898-2.
