Elle garantit la fiabilit\u00e9 dans diverses applications industrielles en d\u00e9finissant les exigences relatives au marquage, \u00e0 la composition chimique, aux performances m\u00e9caniques et aux essais. Elle s'applique aux \u00e9crous fabriqu\u00e9s \u00e0 partir d'aciers inoxydables aust\u00e9nitiques, martensitiques et ferritiques, et couvre les nuances de performance adapt\u00e9es \u00e0 diff\u00e9rentes capacit\u00e9s de charge et conditions environnementales. La conformit\u00e9 \u00e0 cette norme garantit que les \u00e9crous r\u00e9pondent \u00e0 des crit\u00e8res rigoureux de r\u00e9sistance, de r\u00e9sistance \u00e0 la corrosion et de durabilit\u00e9, ce qui la rend essentielle pour les ing\u00e9nieurs en conception et fabrication m\u00e9canique.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<h2 dir=\"auto\">Marquage, identification et finition de surface<\/h2>\n<p dir=\"auto\">Le syst\u00e8me de marquage des \u00e9crous en acier inoxydable comprend le groupe d'acier et la classe de performance, s\u00e9par\u00e9s par un tiret. La premi\u00e8re partie indique le groupe d'acier (A pour aust\u00e9nitique, C pour martensitique, F pour ferritique), suivie d'un nombre pr\u00e9cisant la plage de composition chimique. La seconde partie repr\u00e9sente la classe de performance, exprim\u00e9e en 1\/10 de la limite d'\u00e9lasticit\u00e9 en MPa pour les \u00e9crous de hauteur m \u2265 0,8D, ou avec un z\u00e9ro initial pour les \u00e9crous plus fins (0,5D \u2264 m &lt; 0,8D).<\/p>\n<ul dir=\"auto\">\n<li>Exemple : A2-70 \u2013 Acier aust\u00e9nitique, \u00e9croui \u00e0 froid, limite d'\u00e9lasticit\u00e9 minimale 700 MPa (pour les \u00e9crous m \u2265 0,8D).<\/li>\n<li>Exemple : C4-70 \u2013 Acier martensitique, tremp\u00e9 et revenu, limite d'\u00e9lasticit\u00e9 minimale 700 MPa.<\/li>\n<li>Exemple : A2-035 \u2013 Acier aust\u00e9nitique, \u00e9croui \u00e0 froid, limite d'\u00e9lasticit\u00e9 minimale 350 MPa (pour les \u00e9crous plus minces).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p dir=\"auto\">Les aciers aust\u00e9nitiques \u00e0 faible teneur en carbone (C \u2264 0,03%) peuvent \u00eatre d\u00e9sign\u00e9s par la lettre \u00ab L \u00bb (par exemple, A4L-80). Les surfaces passiv\u00e9es selon la norme GB\/T 5267.4 sont d\u00e9sign\u00e9es par la lettre \u00ab P \u00bb (par exemple, A4-80P). Les \u00e9crous de diam\u00e8tre nominal D \u2265 5 mm doivent \u00eatre clairement marqu\u00e9s sur une face d'appui. L'identification du fabricant est obligatoire lorsque cela est possible. L'emballage doit comporter les marques du fabricant, le groupe d'acier, la nuance de performance et le num\u00e9ro de lot conform\u00e9ment \u00e0 la norme GB\/T 90.3. Sauf indication contraire, les \u00e9crous sont nettoy\u00e9s et polis\u00a0; la passivation est recommand\u00e9e pour une meilleure r\u00e9sistance \u00e0 la corrosion.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<h2 dir=\"auto\">Composition chimique<\/h2>\n<p dir=\"auto\">La composition chimique des aciers inoxydables pour \u00e9crous est d\u00e9taill\u00e9e dans le tableau 1, conform\u00e9ment \u00e0 la norme GB\/T 3098.6-2014. Les fabricants choisissent les compositions au sein des groupes, sauf accord contraire. Pour les risques de corrosion intergranulaire, effectuer un essai selon la norme GB\/T 4334\u00a0; il est recommand\u00e9 d\u2019utiliser des aciers stabilis\u00e9s A3\/A5 ou des aciers \u00e0 faible dir=\"auto\">Propri\u00e9t\u00e9s m\u00e9caniques<\/h2>\n<p dir=\"auto\">Les propri\u00e9t\u00e9s m\u00e9caniques doivent \u00eatre conformes aux tableaux 2 et 3 pour \u00eatre accept\u00e9es, notamment la duret\u00e9 (pour les aciers tremp\u00e9s\/revenus C1, C3 et C4) et les r\u00e9sultats des essais de charge d'\u00e9preuve.
