GB\/T 196-2003 m\u00e4\u00e4rittelee yleisk\u00e4ytt\u00f6isten metristen kierteiden perusmitat, joihin viitataan standardeissa GB\/T 192-2003 ja GB\/T 193-2003. T\u00e4m\u00e4 standardi on ratkaisevan t\u00e4rke\u00e4 mekaanisille kiinnitysliitoksille, joissa kierteill\u00e4 ei ole tiivistystoimintoja. Se m\u00e4\u00e4rittelee p\u00e4\u00e4halkaisijan (D, d), nousun (P), nousun halkaisijan (D2, d2) ja sivuhalkaisijan (D1, d1) millimetrein\u00e4 varmistaen kokoonpanojen yhteentoimivuuden ja lujuuden. Insin\u00f6\u00f6rit luottavat n\u00e4ihin mittoihin suunnitellakseen luotettavia liitoksia ja est\u00e4\u00e4kseen ep\u00e4suhtaisuuden tai ylikuormituksen aiheuttamat viat. Tarkka noudattaminen minimoi valmistustoleranssit ja parantaa tuoteturvallisuutta esimerkiksi auto- ja konepajateollisuudessa.<\/p>\n
N\u00e4m\u00e4 mitat koskevat sek\u00e4 karkea- ett\u00e4 hienojakoisia reiki\u00e4 ja tukevat standardoitua tuotantoa. Optimaalisen k\u00e4yt\u00f6n saavuttamiseksi yhdist\u00e4 toleranssinormeihin haluttujen sopivuusluokkien saavuttamiseksi, tasapainottaen kokoonpanon helppoutta ja pitovoimaa.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n
Standardi kattaa yleisess\u00e4 mekaanisessa kiinnityksess\u00e4 k\u00e4ytett\u00e4vien tavallisten kierteiden perusmitat. Se ei sis\u00e4ll\u00e4 tiivistykseen tai tarkkuussovelluksiin tarkoitettuja erikoiskierteit\u00e4. T\u00e4rkeimpi\u00e4 etuja ovat yhdenmukaiset koot globaalin yhteensopivuuden takaamiseksi, mik\u00e4 helpottaa kansainv\u00e4list\u00e4 kauppaa ja korjausta. Ammattilaisten tulisi tarkistaa mitat tiettyjen kuormitusvaatimusten mukaisesti ottaen huomioon tekij\u00e4t, kuten materiaalin lujuus ja ymp\u00e4rist\u00f6olosuhteet kest\u00e4vien mallien varmistamiseksi.<\/p>\n
