T\u00e4m\u00e4 standardi varmistaa luotettavuuden erilaisissa teollisissa sovelluksissa m\u00e4\u00e4rittelem\u00e4ll\u00e4 merkinn\u00e4n, kemiallisen koostumuksen, mekaanisen suorituskyvyn ja testauksen vaatimukset. Se koskee austeniittisista, martensiittisista ja ferriittisist\u00e4 ruostumattomista ter\u00e4ksist\u00e4 valmistettuja muttereita ja kattaa suorituskykyluokat, jotka soveltuvat erilaisiin kuormituksenkantavuuksiin ja ymp\u00e4rist\u00f6olosuhteisiin. T\u00e4m\u00e4n standardin noudattaminen takaa, ett\u00e4 mutterit t\u00e4ytt\u00e4v\u00e4t tiukat lujuus-, korroosionkest\u00e4vyys- ja kest\u00e4vyyskriteerit, mik\u00e4 tekee siit\u00e4 olennaisen insin\u00f6\u00f6reille mekaanisessa suunnittelussa ja valmistuksessa.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<h2 dir=\"auto\">Merkint\u00e4, tunnistaminen ja pinnan viimeistely<\/h2>\n<p dir=\"auto\">Ruostumattomasta ter\u00e4ksest\u00e4 valmistettujen muttereiden merkint\u00e4j\u00e4rjestelm\u00e4\u00e4n kuuluu ter\u00e4sryhm\u00e4 ja suorituskykyluokka, jotka on erotettu toisistaan \u200b\u200byhdysmerkill\u00e4. A4L-80). Passivoituihin pintoihin GB\/T 5267.4 -standardin mukaisesti lis\u00e4t\u00e4\u00e4n kirjain \u201dP\u201d (esim. A4-80P). Mutterit, joiden nimellishalkaisija on D \u2265 5 mm, on merkitt\u00e4v\u00e4 selv\u00e4sti toiselle laakeripinnalle tai puolelle. Valmistajan tunnistaminen on pakollista, jos mahdollista. Pakkauksessa on oltava valmistajan tunnukset, ter\u00e4sryhm\u00e4, suorituskykyluokka ja er\u00e4numero GB\/T 90.3 -standardin mukaisesti. Ellei toisin ole mainittu, mutterit puhdistetaan ja kiillotetaan; passivointia suositellaan korroosionkest\u00e4vyyden parantamiseksi.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<h2 dir=\"auto\">Kemiallinen koostumus<\/h2>\n<p dir=\"auto\">Muttereiden ruostumattomien ter\u00e4sten kemiallinen koostumus on esitetty taulukossa 1 standardin GB\/T 3098.6-2014 mukaisesti. Valmistajat valitsevat koostumukset ryhmien sis\u00e4ll\u00e4, ellei toisin ole sovittu.
