DTII/ DTII(A) Fixed Belt Conveyor for Mining/ Coal/ Metallurgical/ Power/ Cement Industry
DTII/ DTII(A) type fixed belt conveyor is the current domestic unified design of general-purpose products, its main parameters and performance are in line with ISO international standards, widely used in metallurgy, mining, ports, electric power, building materials, chemicals, petroleum, construction waste disposal, and other industries. This conveyor is suitable for working in temperatures ranging from -25°C to 40°C. A single or multi-unit synthetic transport system to transport materials, can transport the bulk density of 0.5 ~ 2.5th tons of a variety of bulk materials and items.

This series of belt conveyors can meet the requirements of horizontal and inclined conveying, and can also adopt the conveying form with convex arc, concave arc section, and straight line section. The block size of materials allowed by the conveyor depends on the bandwidth, belt speed, groove angle and inclination angle, and the maximum block size applicable to various bandwidths.

1. Coal Industry
- In underground coal mines, the DTII roller belt conveyor is used to transport coal from the mining face to underground coal bunkers. - In steel plants, it transports steel billets, for instance, moving semi-finished billets from rolling mills to downstream workshops like heat treatment or finishing, supporting continuous production workflows.
4. Building Materials Industry
- In cement plants, the conveyor transports raw materials such as limestone, clay, and iron powder from mining or stockpiles to raw mills for grinding. It also handles finished cement, delivering it from silos to packaging areas or bulk loading stations.

- Terrain Adaptability: Suitable for flat or inclined conveying. The inclination angle can be tailored based on material characteristics (e.g., particle size, moisture, and friction).
