RV Series Worm Gear Reducer Models

The main components of RV gearbox are box body, worm gear and worm, bearing, oil seal, output shaft, motor connecting flange, etc. Sizes 25-90 of CMN’s RV gearbox are made of high-quality aluminum alloy die-casting, and sizes 110-130 are made of cast iron. The worm wheel is made of tin bronze and the inner core is made of ductile cast iron, which has a large bearing capacity and good wear resistance. The worm is made of 20Cr steel and undergoes carburizing and quenching heat treatment. The shaft is made of 45# high-quality steel also with heat treatment. The input forms of RV series worm gearbox have IEC standardized motor flange, solid shaft input, worm shaft tail extension input, output forms have hollow shaft with output flange, key hollow shaft output, plug-in solid shaft output, which can be easily combined with other mechanical combination.
